Everything was really good, so were particularly good views especially at sunrise and sunset. The hotel was in a super central setting close to the tram. We found nice Orient Cafe nearby with hot beverages. The food in the rooftop restaurant was local, liked it.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They really made an effort to be helpful. The location was excellent - only a few hundred metres to the beginning of the Hippodrom and the Blue Mosque.
Over the Easter break the hotel was full and that made it quite noisy (the doors do not isolate from the noise very well). Sometimes there was a lack of warm water.

The location is very convenient to see the major sightseeing. The room was clean and the breakfast good.
There is no bathroom at the lobby (only in the rooms) and as we had just arrived, tired from our flight, we had to go out and search for a bathroom (we got the rooms at 3.00 p.m.). Recommendation: Pay in Turkish Liras and not by credit card as the charge is higher.

The seaside view from the terrace was excellent. We could take breakfast there.
The corridor was a little bit narrow.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had every facility of more expensive hotels.
The breakfast was not very appealing and the breakfast room was located in the basement area. We believe that in warmer weather breakfast is served on the rooftop which would have been better.

The location is perfect. The room was clean. Little noise was heard in the room. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast had good variety. I would defenetly go back there. It is very well worth the money.
The airconditioning unit did not work all the time (I guess they turned the cooling power down during the day); the fan also made a constant noise. There are a number of mosques nearby which play the parayer call every morning. This is not the hotel's fault, but makes sleeping after the morning paryer time difficult.
